Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

·      
Lead
Generation & Cold Outreach


Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to identify new prospects and begin
meaningful sales conversations.

Lead
Qualification


Screen and assess inbound and outbound leads for product fit and interest,
advancing qualified prospects through the sales funnel

·      
Demo
Coordination


Manage scheduling of product demonstrations with qualified prospects, working
closely with sales or technical teams for delivery.

·      
Product
Presentation


Articulate the value proposition of NimbleS2P and related solutions clearly and
persuasively to potential clients

·      
Pipeline
Management & Reporting


Maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track lead progress, and regularly
report to Sales Manager on metrics like outreach volume, lead progression, and
demo outcomes

·      
Collaboration

Work with marketing for lead sources and coordinate demo hand-offs with field
sales or technical teams to ensure seamless moving of opportunities through the
funnel.






Required Qualifications & Skills

·      
Experience: 2–3 years in inside sales or software/IT
solutions sales, preferably within SaaS or enterprise domains.

 

·      
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Commerce, IT, or a related field.

 

·      
Sales
Skills:

o   Proven cold-calling experience and ability to
drive meaningful conversations

o   Solid lead qualification and demo-handling
aptitude

o   Track record in meeting or exceeding outreach
or lead targets

 

 

·      
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills;
persuasive and clear communicator.

·      
Technical
Savvy:
Familiarity with
CRM/Sales tools and enterprise software concepts (SaaS, ERP, procurement tech).

·      
Organizational
Ability:
Able to multitask,
prioritize, and manage sales cycles persistently.

Disposition: Self-motivated, goal-driven, with a high
degree of initiative and accountability.
